7. Account Suspension & Termination
PodSyncer reserves the right to, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Suspend or permanently ban any user account that violates these Terms, publishes infringing content, or engages in abusive behavior.
- Remove any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise objectionable.
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities when required by law.
Repeat offenders will be permanently banned from the platform. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to any refund of fees paid.
